Not sure what to say?

Growing up with you as my big brother was not dull. I remember how you would meticulously make model ships, dig a big hole in the backyard, fill it with water, float your labor of love and them blow it up with firecrackers! I miss laughing with you on the phone. You'll always be my big brother.....

Arcadia High School 1971

A distant relative that I did not know I had till too late (via DNA) - wish I could have know you. Seem like a great guy, and I share the same love of drawing and the great outdoors.

Nick and i were good friends in jr. high and high school and into our twenties. Often went into the mountains in his toyota landcruiser. He was a good friend. Will miss him much. Bill

Nick, you were a good and extraordinary man. I will miss you but the memories I have of our brief conversations will last me a lifetime. Rest in peace, my friend.

Nick was the architect on 3 schools I worked on and we became friends during that time. I'll always remember how kind and patient he was with me in working to get to the best design for the school and students. He was one of the few people in a job trailer who was always willing to consider any idea or possibility - and the projects always worked out better because of it. More students benefit from his work than will ever know. Personally, I appreciate all the kindness he showed me over...

I only learned of this over the past weekend and I am deeply saddened and confused by all of it.. Nick was a good man. We worked together for a few years and in that short time, I learned a ton from him. He was always kindhearted and generous with his time. He was an amazing artist and architect. I can only hope to end up half the man that Nick was. RIP Nick. You are missed.

Growing up with Nick as my big brother was an adventure. Never a dull moment and he was my protector. I remember one road trip he illustrated the entire Hobbit. His brilliant mind and sense of humor were just a few of the characteristics I loved and admired about him. Many years have come and gone but the memories remain forever. Peace to you my brother. Love always.

You were a great guy and I always had a lot of respect for you and valued your opinions. Even though I hadn't seen you for a number of years, I thought of you often and wondered how you were. Rest in Peace, my friend.
