I worked with Noe for some time and we shared many great stories and many great laughs. He loves his daughter very much and had a good heart. I will ask God to comfort all those affected and bring peace to his nearest family!

From the very first day we CLICKED just like that you became my best friend you thought me how to duel, gave me my first guitar lesson, thought me some not so nice French vocabulary. My deepest condolences to you and your family Jeanine. My heart goes out to each one of you, especially my Granddaughter Melodi. Noe is going to be greatly missed. He was a very exceptional individual. He was a very good friend to me and I will never forget him. Love and Prayers!

Noe and I met at Weslaco East and were always hanging out after school. I had his back and he had mine. You couldn't ask for a truer friend than him. I was in disbelief when I first found out he had passed away. My condolences to you and your family.

Oh noe how i wish i could hear your voice one last time it was surely a blast growing up with you joking around and knowing we werent alone with our sense of humor my heqrt is torn in disbelief that you are actually gone if i could just have one last conversation with you and know that im not alone in such a cruel world until the day we can meet again my friend
