Norma Jean Noffsinger (Bangert)

NOFFSINGER, Norma Jean (Bangert)- Of Flushing, age 86, died Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Bella Vita Senior Living.

Funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 6380 Beecher Road, Flint.

Pastor Jeffrey Schmidt officiating.

Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.

Those desiring may make contributions to Emmanuel Lutheran Church.

Visitation 1pm Saturday at church until the time of the service.

Norma was born in Flint, Michigan on March 8, 1935, the daughter of the late of Homer and Inez McMurtry. She was a lifelong resident of the Flint area. Norma was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Mrs. Noffsinger retired, in 1996, from Michigan Bell Telephone Company after 43 years of service.

Surviving are husband, Earl J.;

step-children, Earl W. and wife Becky, David A. and wife Debbie, Shearl A., Tracey J. and husband Jeff Inniger;

Daughter-in-law, Yvonne;

10 step-grandchildren;

7 step-great-grandchildren;

1 brother;

Special niece Sue Hill and many other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Bangert; 3 brothers; 4 sisters and step-son, George Noffsinger.
