Not sure what to say?

Craig, Andy & Ricky,
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn a wonderful person, your mom. She was my second cousin and the daughter of my very favorite great aunt Lorna.
As a teenager, she was a great roll model for me and I spent many weekends with her and your dad. Later, I lived in the Washington, DC area for forty years but always tried to see her when I came to Dothan to visit my mom. In fact,my daughter Sharon and I were to visit her last fall ,but our time...

Ona Lee and my Mother, Myrtice, were first cousins, their mothers sisters. She was a close second cousin and I loved her great spirit. I am sure that she has just stepped through another door to God's Heaven. May God comfort all of her family members.

Craig, Andy, and Ricky,
Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of grief. It is most difficult to let go of a mother who cared so much for you. It would be nice to see you all one day. I did see Andy at mother's funeral, but that has been a while. Take care and God bless you all.

I had one regret this morning upon hearing the news of Ona Lee's passing - not making time to visit her this past fall when my mother and I were in town. Time had slipped away from us, was our reasoning. In fact, time has slipped away on this side of life.

Many fond memories of visiting with Ona Lee every time I came to Dothan. She was one of my favorite as was her mother, Aunt Lorna.

Peace to her boys and their families as they say goodbye.
