Not sure what to say?

Growing up next to the Pfeiffers was such a privilege. They knew the true meaning of the word neighbor. Those smiling eyes and that huge smile were a comfort to see across the driveway. I remember the day Oscar told my son to call him Grandpa "O". That simply made official what I had known for over twenty years :)

Deepest sympathy, Sherry, Rick, Sylvia, and to your families. Love to all of you.

My deepest sympathies to Big O's family and friends. He was my birthday buddy, and a great neighbor during my growing up years. May your memories of him bring you peace during this difficult time. Sincerely, Janet

Our deepest sympathies to Oscar's family. I loved hearing the good-natured banter between him and my father in law over the back fence. Our older children still remember playing with his dogs and Big O and Sylvia's wedding. We will all miss him. He was a unique individual we were privileged to know.

We wish we could be there in person to convey our Love and our support. May God bless you all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you dailey.

My deepest sympathies go out to the entire family. Though I only had the privilege of knowing Oscar for a couple of years I will always remember the many talks we shared, and what a special person he was. I will truly miss you Oscar.

What a wonderful man! I recall many times as he and my dad stood at the back fence chatting. He was a great friend and neighbor to my parents and I was blessed to hang out with his grandchildren as we grew up. He "adopted" all of my parents grandchildren as they called him "Grandpa O" and played with the dogs. He will be missed. Thank you for your presence in my life, Mr. Pfeiffer. You are at peace now. Until we meet again...

Big O's Smile!

To the Pfieffer/Schnepper family: Hold tight to memories for comfort,
Lean on your friends for strength,
And always remember how much you are cared about.

I had the privilege of being Oscar's friend as well as caring for him. Because of that I clearly understand what an inspiration he was to all of you and what an impact he made on your lives and mine. His smile lit up the room. His stories of all of you were truly unforgettable to me. Know in your heart that he too was...

Shery and Rick and all the Pfeiffer family: Your family has been special to us since we were neighbors on Sycamore St. I remember your Dad and mom getting after me and Rick for climbing the tree in the front yard; Oscar making fishing weights in the garage; bringing us rabbits from his latest hunting outing...the list goes on and on. Pleasant memories of your dad. I am glad we were able to see him at my Dad's 80th birthday a couple of years ago. A special man and a special family. Our...

My family lived next door to Oscar for decades. He was a wonderful friend to my parents and treated my siblings and I as if we were his own grandchildren. Some of my happiest childhood days were spent at Oscar's house and playing in his yard. I loved him dearly, and I will miss him terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with his children and grandchildren, and with Sylvia.
