Otto Arias Jeweler and Kearny resident with roots in Cuba, 80 Otto Arias died April 27, 2015, at University Medical Center in Newark. He was 80. Visiting will be on Friday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr., Kearny, N.J.
