My heartfelt sympathy to the Foster family during this time. Rev. Foster was a dedicated Man of the Word, and will be missed. Our prayer that Mrs. Queen Ester and His children rest in the knowledge that he now sits in the presence of the Lord our God, in a place where the river will never run dry. Blessing to all he touched.

Pastor Foster, was my first pastor and Baptized me. I can still remember him asking if I wanted eternal life. Havent been to the church in years, but was touched to hear of his passing.

Our prayers go out to the family and friends of my big brother in the ministry Pastor Foster. Rest well soldier! You fought, you finished the race now enter into your reward.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Pastor Foster was one of the many legendary Pastors in Richmond area; very faithful committed man of God. He was in my dad's (late Pastor Orenzia Bernstine) Pastor Circle Pack, extremely tight bond. He also baptized my oldest daughter. Pastor Foster indeed will be missed.

Our prayers are with the Foster Family today. Especially to our sister Mary Foster Lee.

My prayer go out to the Foster family, Pastor Foster had a great impact on my life, he baptized me in 1974 and was the God Father to my first born daughter, he will be missed, but in our hearts forever
