I was at my desk today thinking to my self that I haven't talked to Patty in a while. I went on facebook and noticed that it seemed she had passed away. I knew she was ill and we had said goodbye and I love yous previously. But after some research, I discovered it is true. She is gone. We had worked for the same company at one point in time but I was based in Florida. My ex-husband and I went up to OH and had dinner with her on one of our adventures some years back. My thoughts and prayers are with Patty's family. I am very saddened to hear about her passing. Patty was my best friend all through High School. We ran track and were mat maids together. It was a running joke between us as to whose crazy idea it was to join the Wrestling Mat Maids because we had to wear these silly looking bloomers as part of the uniform.
