Pat was truly one of the most honestly Christian women that it has been my honor to have known, and an enormous help when my first wife passed away. Rest in peace Pat, you will always be remembered.

A wonderful woman who, with her husband Bill, raised three sons better than anyone. She always was a shining example of dedication without ostentation, of caring about others in the best way possible, of leading and teaching by outstanding example. Pat, you will be sorely missed.

My sincere condolences to the O'Neill family. Pat was my 4th grade teacher at Brewerton Elementary and I have never forgotten her! She was a tough cookie but her smile and laugh was always the reward! May she rest in peace.

Mrs. O'Neil changed my life when she taught me how to read. She was my hero. I am forever grateful for her being in my life. May God bless you and your family during this time.
