Not sure what to say?

To Haley, Melissa and Alison,

I hope you are doing okay. I think about your dad everyday and I know that his daughters meant the world to him. Pat has been in my dreams, hope to have some more with him. You guys take care.

Pat was a realy nice person he will be missed here in the park ,May he rest in peace,Ican see him riding his golden bike up the Gods road to heaven Larry R.Cardinal

What I love about Pat.

His transparency. He dosen't try to hide who he is or what he thinks about, anyone who knows him knows.

It's an excellent quality in a friend or brother.

I want to extend my sincere sympathy in the loss of Pat. I first met Pat when we were neighbors on Joffre Street in Toledo back in the early 1960's. As the years passed, we both ended up working for The Toledo Blade. Pat and I both played on The Blade's softball team for a few years in the 1980s. It was just last evening at a retirement get together for a fellow Blade worker that I learned of Pat's passing. Pat was a most colorful and wonderful person, enjoying life. May God bless you...

Whether he was yelling at me to move faster unloading the Blade truck on Saturday morning when I was a station helper or instructing me on the proper way to keep my own Jeep to clean when I worked with him downtown, Pat always had a way about things. Just when you wanted to kick him in the rear end he would say or do something unexpectedly nice or thoughtful. I haven’t worked for the Blade in over 20 years but Pat was unforgettable. My condolences go out to your family.

My condolences to Pat's family. I will always remember the days we spent in the bowling league together, and the few years he lived nearby driving past in his jeep.

No third gear...Zihuatanejo....RIP Patrick

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

I have many, many wonderful memories of being with Patrick. From knowing him in high school, being his room mate (with Bob Flynn), driving a Blade truck with him to just seeing him when he visited me at my home in Florida. His far out theories were always fun and interesting to listen to. Just like his picture he was always had a smile. I miss him very much.
