Not sure what to say?

We just wanted to let you know that Judge Fitzgerald married us 31 years ago today, June 16th. We were just kids 22 and 20 years old. We were nervous and the Judge used humor to lighten things up. He was such a warm person and we will never forget that he was part of the reason we not only started but stayed on our life journey together. I always meant to send him a message but time slipped away. Blessings to the family, you were so fortunate to have this wonderful man in your lives.

Thank you all who signed this guest book. My family thanks you for your words and your prayers. I miss my buddy and my DAD so much but thanks to people like you my family can get through this. My Dad was truly a great dad and I hope I can be half of what he was and then I will know I accomplished something in life. Thanks again for all your kind words and for the people who were in warm climates and coudn't make it to Dad's funeral he understands he would have done the same. He was a...

Dear Coke and family---- How we will miss dear Pat! Both you and Pat, Coke, have always been such rays of sunshine--your warm smiles just lit up a room. As a couple, you have had such a wonderful zest for living and you have lived life with such gusto! Your giving, loving, and most generous hearts have always been in evidence---both of you have done so many caring, wonderful things for others. To know you has been to love you both! George and I have such admiration for you....

Mrs. Fitzgerald, Patty, Bill and all,

My heart goes out to your entire beautiful family today. My father actually called me from northern Minnesota to share the sad news. My mother died with Alzheimers in my home a year and a half ago, and when I returned to Good Shepherd for her funeral I thought of you, Mrs. Fitzgerald and your wonderful husband. My mother knew Judge Fitzgerald from her youth in Rochester I believe and she always thought so much of both of you and your...

Dear Coke and family,

My remembrances of the Judge are long and fond. He always had a smiling face and warm handshake for me. From my caddy days at MGC to all the special events at my parents home, I know I met a special person. Please know that our thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Coke and family:

Condolences from Dad and I on the loss of Pat. The judge, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, will be greatly missed.

I will always remember his laugh, the judges' conferences as a child, and the sound of ice clinking in glasses as you all partied the nights away.

I am so sick to just hear THIS EVENING about Judges passing. I was just thinking about him and your family and wondering how he was doing. My VERY sincere apologies for not attending his service and my love to all of the Fitzgerald clan. You will be in my thoughts and prayers!

I had a lot of fun teeing it up with Judge Fitzgerald during adventures with the MGA. He was very helpful in providing insight into Minneapolis history for a play I helped write, and was a master tale teller during and after a round. Never a dull moment in his company, and a credit to real characters everywhere. He gave a lot to the game of golf and the whole community. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dear Grandpa,
I hope that there are computers in heaven so that you can read this little passage. I miss you sooo much. You were the best grandpa in the world. I loved going to Arizona with you every year. I have so many memories that I will remember forever. I hope that you like heaven, and are watching down on us. I love you. ~ Sofie
P.S. Don't worry, I have drank all of my milk every meal because I know that you can see my every move!
