Not sure what to say?

Mr. Eichhorn was not only my 5th grade teacher but one of my favorites. He and my father went to school together so we had lots to talk about. My sisters and I were very lucky to have him as a teacher. I remember my times in his class as one of my best school memories. He was a wonderful teacher and person.

Thank you for all of your support. We miss him dearly. I knew him as a wonderful grandfather. He always new how to make me feel better. I loved riding on his tractor in the big backyard. Plus he always had a special bag of cookies for me and my sister. He just had a special personality.
I have a love for him that I can not put into words.

Mr. Eichhorn was my 5th grade teacher and one of my favorites. I'll never forget his coconut heads all around the class room. He was a wonderful teacher and a great man.

A great man and grandfather. I miss him and he will also be missed by many others.

An Uncle who always inspired me to teach. He will be missed.

He'll always be Mr. Eichhorn - I had him for sixth grade math in South Holland. What a fun personality; good teacher; cared about students; and was super tall to a bunch of 6th graders! He's one of those teachers you just always remember.

Beloved Brother will be missed so very much. Love Always, "Melly"
