Not sure what to say?

A. Leon Miller

Just a belated note to express my heartfelt condolences at Paul's death. I just learned of it yesterday.

As your sentiment aptly notes, words are inadequate at this time. However, I wanted to express my care and concern to you. I pray God's blessing upon you and your family as you continue to reflect upon the "full of zest life" that Paul led.

Peace & blessings!

Dear Ruby,

Paul's death comes as real shock. I have wonderful memories of him, from our days together at Camp Adanac in Ontario, to double dating when at Shaker and he had a drivers license and none of the rest of us did, to our time together playing football. He was a good and loyal friend, a solid citizen. I'm glad we saw each other at our 55th last year.My sincere condolences to you.

My husband and I enjoyed sharing a table with the Herringshaws and Kinneys at our 50th. Sorry we won't have that opportunity again.

I knew Paul well both at Shaker Hts. High and the University of Va. We spent mant good times together and he was a great guy.

Ruby, I am stunned to learn about Paul's passing. We had so much fun at the 55th class reunion with you both, and I was planning on a mini NC reunion. I greatly admired Paul and his accomplishments. We will all miss him.

Paul was such a wonderful friend and neighbor; we all will miss him.

Thank you for the beautiful message you wrote describing his life. What a wonderful wife he had to share his life with.

God be between you and harm.

Paul was a friend, and mentor to me . He was always ready to help and to share a laugh . He was a gentleman , all the time . My heart goes out to Ruby .

Paul, you have fought the good fight, and you have finished the race. And you did it with great integrity. May you now rest peacefully, without pain or suffering, eternally with yours & our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ. We take comfort knowing that soon we'll all be reunited again and live forever in His presence. Words can't adequately express our appreciation for your unconditional friendship and constant encouragement.
Your brother & sister in Christ
