A few memories of my wonderful friend Paul.

A remarkable, intelligent, kind, wonderful, and witty human being, Paul was unique in my life. Many cherished memories in remembrance of him.

Paul, I've just learned of your passing. Words are hard to find. I and my wife have often thought of you over the past 25+ years since you so generously opened your home to me as a novice motorcycle rider on a big adventure across the U.S. Your many letters and photos were always so full of enthusiasm for riding and exploring new roads, new experiences. They were a true reflection of your good and honest soul that amazed me or made me laugh, or both. The photo you took of me on that...

"Cousin Paul" After many years we reconnected with Paul at my oldest brother's funeral. Paul arrived at the funeral on his motorcycle ... of course! So from that time on for several more years we had many rides (Lynda also rides) and took trips around Michigan and Ontario. That and many long letters and phone calls. It was our tradition when we visited Michgan to meet with Paul for breakfast in Grand Rapids on our way back to Canada. No end to our sharing of ideas and memories around...

We were across-the-street neighbors to Paul & Billie oh so many years ago. I remember that Paul brought home a damaged Porsche and helped him repair it. We had some fun rides in that car. My sympathies to the Family.
