Not sure what to say?

I found myself think Dr. Lundell a couple of days ago. I always appreciated his wit, strong will and easy personality. He was a very faithful servant of God and made no excuses for faith. I truly hope you have all the peace you deserve. You are still missed.

Paul was our friend and spiritual leader for many years. We remember fondly his warmth and the depth of his messages about the Christian way of life. He married us in 1965 and remained our friend until his death. He is forever with me and my husband.

LaVonne, David, Barbara and Families

I hope you will see this rememberance of your dear Paul. Although we have had some visits and a time to reminisce since the early 1950'in Ladoga, those are the memories that will always be with us crystal clear.
The newly ordained, The Reverand Paul M. Lundell, young and so nervous as he counselled an equally young and nervous couple and flawlessly and beautifully married them 60 years ago on June 30th,1951. Soon we...

David, thank you for letting us know of your father's death. He was a good man and I feel he has already heard the words, "Well done my good and faithful servant". My mother June Horst Fuhr and I want to extend our sympathy and prayers to you, your mom, and your sister during these days and months following your dad's passing. May God richly bless you and the memories of your father.

David we appreciate receiving the news regarding your dad's passing and were sorry to receive the news. Your dad was a friend, an advisor and a fellow memeber of the Omaha Rotary Club. I was the GM of the Omaha Royals Baseball Club for 30 years and Cubs baseball was always a topic whenever we played the Des Moines Club. What a blessing that your father was able to cross paths with so many during his life.

LaVonne, Barbara & David: I was shocked when I opened my e-mail to learn of Paul's death. My heart goes out to all of you. God is faithful and is with us always and I know you will be strengthened by Him as you go through these next months. Nancy Rhea and Children

We send our deepest condolences to the Lundells, LaVonne, David, Barbara and their families. Paul was our pastor at Palos Park Presbyterian in Palos Park, Illinois for about 15 years. We were married at the church and Paul baptized our son Charlie and confirmed our daughter Susan. Even though we moved quite a distance, we still attended Sunday services every week due to Paul's sermons. We didn't want to miss hearing one as we always found a wonderful message to take with us. We had a...

David, I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a good man! Teresa and I send our condolences to you and your mom and sister. May God keep you in his arms of Grace as you continue to serve Him and your family. My mom, Juhr Horst Fuhr, also sends her thoughts and best wishes to you. We will be praying for you and your mom. God bless, Dale Horst

I have many happy memories of my brother, Paul, from our days as kids on the South Side of Chicago and our Junior and senior High days in Northbrook, Illinois. Dad (Rev, Harry Paul Lundell) was pastor of the Northbrook Presbyterian Church and spent 30 years building a congregation from 90 members to close to 3000 members. He was greatly aided in his pastoral work by our mother, Elsie, who bore four children; Paul Mauritz, John Harry, Mae Ruth and Lowell Lawrence. He was a role model for...
