Peggy was meticulous in doing her work in the scalehouse at the JR Simplot Company in Aberdeen. It was a pleasure to visit with her and have her as an employee in my department. I knew Peggy through her husband Ron who worked at the Naval Reactors Facility. She was a very generous lady and great cook as evidenced by the large platters of delicious baklava that she used to send with Ron to be enjoyed by our crew at Christmas time.
