Penelope Hughes

I'm months late but just saw she had passed. I haven't seen her in years. When I was a child my family was for all intents and purposes, homeless. Penny and Ken opened their home to me and my mom and siblings, made us feel like family. She got me my first makeup set and was the one who introduced me to the Lord. She would care for me and my 4 brothers while my mom worked. She was a wonderful women with such a huge heart.
