Not sure what to say?

Mr. Delaney was my teacher in the 7th grade. He was a warm, intelligent and educated man. One of my fondest memories of school in general and Mr. Delaney in particular was his reading of Charles Dickens's "Christmas Carol" in its original serialized format. He timed it so the very last chapter was read to us on the day before our Christmas Vacation started. I would have loved to have gotten togther with him some time over the last 50 years or so.

We are sorry to hear of his passing. Both my husband and I remember him from our time in Madison Township High School. A great gentleman.

Pete was a wonderful, smart, funny, kind friend. He welcomed us into his family with love. His absolute adoration for Skippy, Beth, and his grandkids was a joyous inspiration to behold.

On our senior class trip to Orlando FL. Mr Delaney announced he would be Dr. Delaney. Dr. Delaney had changed my life. He gave a troubled scared teen. Gave me the confidence to be the person I am today. Class of 1985.
