PETER WATERMAN DUNCAN

In my early years at Independence Blue Cross, I started out each workday morning by first calling extension 3900---the employee communications information line with pre-recorded information. Pete's dulcet voice intoning a standard greeting each morning..."This is FYI for Monday, February 13th...or whatever the date). It was such a pleasant way to start each workday.

But more than that, Pete Duncan was one of the nicest and most kind person who I have had the pleasure working with...

Was a joy and pleasure to work with Peter for many years at IBC . Always polite and had a smile on his face .
