Not sure what to say?

Mr. Pezzuto was my Algebra I teacher at Belvidere High School in the early 1980s. An outstanding math teacher--patient and kind. We all have had a few teachers that we will always remember. To me, Mr. Pezzuto is one of those teachers. I still remember him all these years later and am so appreciative of him and his teaching skills. I was never really good at math, but he made it a little easier to navigate through. With much appreciation for an outstanding teacher. Thank you, Mr. Pezzuto.

My prayers are with the Pezzuto family. Peter was my algebra teacher in the 1960's..

Pete Pezzuto was my Basketball Coach, Teacher, Mentor and Friend. Pete was always there guiding me and most importantly allowed me to achieve. He gave me his total support, encouragement and when required firm guidance which was appreciated more than he would ever know. Pete Coached Basketball an extra year to continue to support me in reaching my goals and in that year gave me more than he would even know. Though I moved away from the area, he was never far from my mind. I will always fondly...

Mr Pezzuto was my math teacher and basketball coach at Belviere in the early 1960s. He was great at both. My condolences to the family.

Marie and family,

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Pete. Val and I enjoyed the times we had spent together.

Sincerely,

JoAnn Valletta and family

Mr.Pezzuto, You were a wonderful teacher. I hated math til I had you, then after you were not my teacher I hated it again. You made it fun and i had definitely great memories in your class. RIP and may God bless you and your family <3

Mr. Pezzuto was a good teacher and a good man whose life has touched the hearts and minds of countless students, friends, and colleagues. He was my high school freshman algebra teacher at Belvidere High. No doubt, as his spirit moves on, he continues his eternal inspiration. Thanks Mr. Pezzuto, for your kindness, patience, and that signature smile that made learning fun and memorable.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Mr. Pezzuto was my absolute favorite teacher at BHS. We bonded with our love for math, basketball and the Dodgers. He was special.

I was sorry to hear of Peter Pezzuto's passing. Pat Pezzuto, his brother, and I played sports at Pius X High School. I never had the opportunity of meeting Peter, but I am very sorry to hear of his death and offer my condolences to the Pezzuto Family.
