Not sure what to say?

Rev Winstead to all but the Man I called Dad. I miss you so much but your always in my thoughts and spirit. You instilled many things into me that I have been using since your gone. I hope you continue to keep watching over me and guide me in the correct way. Not just as my Dad but as my Pastor. I Love you Dad and even death can't stop that. Continue to R.I.P ❤❤❤❤❤

Rev. Winstead was such a powerful advocate of love and inclusion of people no matter your history or shortcomings. He truly saw the goodness in every person and brought it out in words and music. Great motivator and teacher. I really miss his energy and sense of humor.

Omg I just found out today! I am speechless!! You were the Man I called Dad. You helped me so much I just want to say I love you Dad now and always

Never forget Gethsemene

What a contribution that was made by a Man that was an instrument of GOD. "I believe it was PW's 2nd project that he allowed me to play on". We recorded at Rutgers-Newark. It was one of the best times of my young life! He was the Tyler Perry b4 there was a TP of North Jersey"! Absent from the body present with the LORD.

My prayers are with the Winstead family.
Rev. Winstead was the first person to tell me "you don't go to Heaven by being good." This was around 1970 at the Newark School of Fine Arts. I have been saved now for 38 years. He was a great artist and evangelist. See you later in Heaven Peter.

You have left a legacy that will endure by touching the lives of those young men at St. Benedict's Prep.

Pastor Winstead I just learned of your death and man of God you will be sorely missed. You have been a blessing to know and an encourager to the body of Christ.
Rest Pastor in the Arms of Jesus
. Will see you at the Rapture!
