Deyerle, Reid, Laura and Elisabeth,

I returned home last night to find an e-mail telling me of Peyton's passing. I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I was Peyton's roommate at Darlington for approx. two years. After school, we both drifted apart.

Shortly before christmas we traded a few brief e-mails and voice messages. We never actually got to speak to each other. I will forever regret that.

Peyton seemed to have continued on in life as I had last...

Dear Reid, Laura, and Deyerle,

The world is a poorer place without the kind, gentle, caring guy we knew as Peyton. He left a legacy that will enrich many lives.
