I’m so sorry for your loss , I remember living Nxt door to Phil and his family , they were such good neighbors . My children loved hanging out with his children and Phil always made us feel like we were family . He was always the life of the party , a very giving person and huge hearted . We always had a good time when he was around ! He will truly missed ! RIP Phil
