Many memories with Phil, Manchester grade school, North Boone High School, many activities.. He always beat me at everything, marbles in grade school, on the ball field, even our senior year,
Phil was class president, I was Vice President. Phil was Prom King, I was one of his court, List goes on and on! A good friend and a great guy! God Bless Phil , Diane and all their family.
