Phil took me under his wing at ShoreShot when I first started shooting. It got to the point where whenever I had a new firearm I'd have Phil shoot it and he brought in some of his for me to shoot including his prized P210. He will be greatly missed.

A great man who loved to help others. Talked with him at the Range all the time. He was a gregarious and affable man with a ton of energy. Oh, and Phil, it's a 460, not the 500.
