My Condolences
I know there is nothing I can say or do, which will comfort you in your time of sorrow and grieving. It can also be a time of learning, reflection and remembrance.
Know that someone is always there to be a shoulder to lean on, a shoulder to cry on, or even an ear to listen. I have only found that lots of time, a lot of love will help from family, friends and loved ones, conversions and prayer.
Please allow yourself time to grieve and mourn the loss of your loved one. Grieving not only helps with the body but it's also a cleansing of the soul. It has been said that if a person holds a grieving inside it starts to affect the mind, body and soul.
Remember a passing is not only a time of morning but also a time for remembrance and reflection. Remembrance of the life that they lived and the lives they touched while they were on this earth. Friends, music, family, letters, stories and pictures are a great way to help reflect on the type of person someone is.
Reflection of a life that they lived while they were here comes in many ways. It can come in by listening to music that they loved to stories that the older family and friends have. Questions can be answered by asking who they were, what they stood for, their values, their past, what of kind an impression that they make on people and their lives.
I hope you spend lots of time and thoughts on your grieving of your loved one. Just remember that there are people that are willing to help with this process along the way. With lots of love, hugs, thoughts and prayers are coming your way. Hugs!
