Lois, children, brothers and sisters. Leigh and I are so truly sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. He was always like another brother to Leigh and once I met Phil he opened his heart to me. We have never known Phil to be other then sweet, kind, considerate, outgoing and just a plain nice guy. We have never seen him without a smile or without getting a huge warm hug from him.
