Phillip was a loyal, and good friend to me. I fondly remember our days together at Waterside. I was shocked to hear of his passing away. My heart goes out to Paula and his son. God Bless, you are in our prayers.

On behalf of the lives that will be saved and immeasurably enhanced by the gift of love given by Mr. Cosenza and his family, we thank you most sincerely. Organ, eye and tissue donations make it possible for more of the 87,000 mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, sons, daughters and others who are still waiting for transplants nationwide to be able to live normal, healthy lives. We honor the Cosenza family for making that compassionate commitment at a time of such profound personal loss.

To the Family,
Phil was our Mr. Fix-it at Lincare. I will keep you all in my prayers during this painful time. I will miss seeing the BIG RED truck riding pass. Phil's memories will make us smile whenever we think of his contagious smile.

Dearest Paula,
Words cannot express how you feel as your grief is your own. I know that. Phillip obviously loved you and Anthony very much and touched many lives in his short time here on earth. Know that you now have your own guardian angel in heaven watching over you every hour of every day. I am here for you to help in anyway as I know the pain you are in with the loss of your husband, father to your son, best friend, soul mate- the other half to your heart. Love you Jo
