Fran- as you know Phil and I became close "brothers" through the years at the troop reunions. I enjoyed a beer or two with him on those occasions. I will miss him and the hole that he will leave at the reunions. Peace and God bless you. Al and Barb Loomis

I was so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I'll always remember him, beer in hand, kicking back during the old Eagle Lake fishing trip days.

Years ago across from Bowen Park as a young Lad I learned the art of hard work with the accompanied meant of my older and hero some brother.
