Phil, I know we have had our battles, but I have always admired your quick wit and confidence. You always were the one to seek the positive in any given situation. You have developed so many close bonds with people and you will never be forgotten. I still cannot believe you are gone! rest in peace buddy!

Phil, I cant think of a way to describe you other than unstopable. You were such an intense person, nothing ever slowed you down. You worked hard and you definitely played hard. I've never in my life met another person who could measure up to the kind of person you were, truly one of a kind. I'm so glad we shared the time that we did, and so privileged to have been able to call you my friend. You will forever be missed. Love you.

P.J. We heard the news and felt so sad. Our thoughs are with all your family, your mom Debra, Cheo and Heather. We will always remember you. Your cousins Junior and Wilson.

I just learned of this terrible news hours ago, and already I fell as if my life has changed. Having known Phil for over 10 years, his effect on my life was one that we both treasured and loathed, depending on the day. But at the end of every day, I always was thankful that I had someone like Phil in my life. He was the brother I never had, the ear that always listened, the shoulder to cry on, and the not always so gentle shove to get you going again.
Phil, you will be forever missed,...
