DONLAVEY, Phyllis W., 85, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 21, 2010. She is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Wesley C. "Junie" Donlavey; daughters, Linda Perkins and her husband, Bill, and Beverly Swata; son, C. Richard Donlavey and his wife, Sandy; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Phyllis was a devoted member of the Nascar Women's Auxiliary. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 25, 2010 at Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made to Victory Junction Gang Camp, 4500 Adam's Way, Randleman, N.C. 27317.

The little time that I spent with Phyllis and Junie on their visit to Houston were very fond memories. My family and I think of you often. R.I.P

Junie, very sorry for your loss.I will alaways remember runing into you and Phyllis in the casino near Chicago land and sitting with the two of you for a couple of hours over dinner. Hang in there Junie.

Mr. "Junie", so sorry to hear of your loss. My memories are brightened by the vists with your wife and your shopping trips for the "children" of your bookeeper when you came to Walgreens on Sunday Nights. I shall treasure those memories.
