When we moved into the neighborhood we were immediately befriended by Phyllis and Lowell. If we needed a ladder, hammer, or conversation, Lowell and Phyllis have always open for business. Since we also bought into the 'historical' aspect of our neighborhood (meaning a 125 year old house that serves as a money pit) Lowell and Phyllis have always been a great source of advice and help. My husband and I have lived across the street from Lowell and Phyllis for nine years and have so much enjoyed being their neighbor, saying hello every day. We called them "the kids" because they were out and about more than we were! Phyllis was such a sweet lady we admired her strength. With Lowell by her side, she enjoyed life.
