Not sure what to say?

I taught with Phyllis in Westminster.....thought of her today....loved working with her....sincere sympathies to family and friends....

Typo...She was actually my 6th grade teacher :)

Ms. Shotts was my 5th grade teacher at Harris Park Elem. That was her last year teaching there. I think about her a lot and what a great influence she was to me at a very hard age and time in my life. Going to Middle school was rough but thank goodness she was there to help me through it :) She changed me forever and I'm forever greatful!

I met Phyllis when I taught at Harris Park in the Spring of 1974. She was a unique person, and definitely a great asset to the teaching profession. Her legacy will continue through all of the lives that she touched.

I taught with Phyllis and she was a great mentor and friend. She touched so many lives and we have lost one of the great ones!
We love you Phyll.

I taught with Phyllis the last two years before she retired. She always had good advice and a great perspective on kids and how to handle them. I'm glad she took the time to learn my name before I had been there for three years! (inside joke)

Ms. Shotts was my sixth grade teacher. I have been able to keep in contact with her for over 15 years. It has been a privilege and pleasure to get to know her. She was my mentor and friend. She will be missed dearly.

I was one of many who had the honor of having Phyllis Shotts teach both of my sons. A wonderful teacher, and friend to me and my sons. You touched my life and the lives of my sons, you will truly be missed!

I too was a teaching friend of Phyllis. We met clear back in 1970. She was a great lady and will be missed by family and friends.
