Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to read of of Polli's death. I was taught government by her father at Glenwood High in 1952. For a while her parents and she were our neighbors two houses south of us on Myrtle Street. I had a mild crush on her because she was a beautiful young woman. She was a senior when I became a freshman. Please accept my sincere condolences. I have mentioned her and her father in my published memoir book for my children.I am an emeritus chemistry professor and the Class of '54 President of...

To Jeff Rennie;
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandmother. If she is anything like you, she must have been quite an amazing person. Deepest sympathy from your U.S Army Corps of Engineers family.

My deepest condolences to Polli's immediate family. I will miss the many talks Polli and I had over the last several years. She really loved the grandkids and that brought her a lot of joy anytime she got to share. I miss her dearly and wish we had lived closer to one another. Polli was so very sweet and an intelligent and interesting person. Our conversations broke through the generations with ease. I will always love and appreciate my grandma Polli. Hopefully she is holding hands and...

Polliann was my mother's cousin. My Mom was Bobbie Cain Newman, daughter of Clyde and Jemima Ellen Roberts Cain. I met Polliann several times and corresponded with her thru the years. I took my Mom to Polliann's Mother's funeral. My Mom died at age 94 in her sleep on her 94th birthday. Mom always talked about what a great basketball player Polliann was. My sympathy to her daughter, grandson and family and Partner, John Sue Newman Vickstrom daughter of Bobbie Newman

I have a lot of great memories with Polli. Lots of laughter in Mom's kitchen with us making potato or macaroni salad. She loved just hanging out with Gene & Jayne!

So sorry to see you go, Polli. You've been a lifelong inspiration and friend to me and my family.

My deepest condolences to the family. Losing a loved one is painful but our God promise the we will see them again. May the words in Job 34: 14, 15 give you comfort in this sorrow moment.
