Helen Haigh Mills my oldest (?) friend.
We played together before we were old
enough to go to school. Both had parasols, started first grade together at Sharpstein, until pneumonia kept her at home, in a wheelchair, all before antibiotics. Weekly draining of fluids, maybe left a scar on her back?? Summers, vacationing up beyond Kooskooskie, we picked berries, hiked, learned to swim in Mill Creek, played endless together, as our families picnicked, played charades around...

Dear Priscilla brought me into DAR in the 1970's. She was a faithful member and leader of each organization to which she belonged. I had the privilege to teach with her at Crestview and remember fondly that she organized and produced the annual Flag Parade.
Priscilla will be missed.

Priscilla and I were in DAR together and I enjoyed her company very much, and relied on her vast knowledge during my tenture as Regent. She was truly a very special lady and will be missed by so many.
