i had the privilege and pleasure of practicing with andy at barovick konecky, then having him as my counsel during my subsequent GC career. he was a terrific lawyer but, more importantly, a fine gentleman...even in circumstances where the behavior of others around us was not up to his standard. i will remember him fondly and send my sincere condolences to the family.
