Not sure what to say?

An amazing talent that truly drew from his experience. He became the military man we expected to see in any film referencing the military. He was the standard and he will be missed.

God has promised a future without death, pain, or mourning. May this promise comfort the family during this time of grief. We are so sorry for his loss.

So saddened to hear your gone, Gunny. God bless. Going to miss you on the tube. Got your 6. Semper fi. Backdoor.

The Gunny helped me instill responsible weapons use, interest in history, respect for men-at-arms and love of the United States in my three sons. His humor made some tough subjects more palatable. His love for his Marine Corps was too deep to be pretended.
I and my sons will long remember him and
respect who he was, as a man, and his willingness to serve this Nation. My God bless all of his Family and grant the Gunny
plenty of ammo, and watermelons, in that great firing range...
