Rachel Spaulding (Phelps) Nason, 70, of Houlton, Maine, daughter of John and Thelma (York) Phelps, died in Houlton on Thursday, January 25, 2001. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2001, 10 a.m., at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water Street, Houlton, officiated by the Rev. Mary Miller. Interment will take place in spring 2001 at Riverside Cemetery, Haynesville, Maine.
