so sorry for your loss. Ralphie was definitely one of a kind.I remember even as a young child his fun and onery ways. From the fire hydrant swim parties on hot days and even the not so hot days to the king of the hill mud slides. he will be greatly missed. so when someone drives by the house and still hollers
"RALPHIE" its just me.... Shelli, Shelli Sneed. he even teased about our last name!:)
