It was with much sadness, when I was notified of the death of Ralph.

My deepest sympathy to Ralgh's family. He was a great cop, I knew Ralph of from my 34yrs as a cop and also we met every Tuesday at Tim Hortons on Delaware Rd. God be with you Ralph, alway a friend. Bob

In 38 years with B.P.D. Ralph was one of the very best guys I ever knew.
