I was a young boy when I met Ralph through his son Jim who became my best and longest friend. He always held the higher standard, always created an image most would have a tough time to follow. With time he became a sort of father figure and mentor. Little known by others I consulted him on the most secret of matters no son would ever ask his own parents advice.
