Having grown up on the same quiet street as the Mills my memories of Ralph were during the second half of the 1970s. Ralph was the oldest and tallest of all the kids- the big brother. I remember shooting a lot of baskets up at their house. I always remember Ralph as being A very kind, pleasant, friendly, sincere person during that time.

I will greatly miss talking sports and politics with Ralph. He was a sharp follower of politics both local and national. I have been deeply touched by his steady gentle spirit. I find myself thinking of him often.
