Randolph Lee Smith "Randy", 69, of Newport News, passed away November 4, 2019. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday, November 8, 2019 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Denbigh Chapel. A funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, November 9, 2019, at World Outreach Worship Center
