Raul H. Hernandez of Irving, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 8, surrounded by his family. He was 64. Born in San Antonio, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Raul is survived by Irene, his wife of 40 years, and their five daughters: Michelle Isquierdo and husband Roland, Bianca Hernandez, Gina Armendariz and husband Carlos, Jacqueline Hernandez, and Julianna Jackel and husband Richard; grandchildren: Isabella and Anika Isquierdo, Vicente and Ulysses Armendariz, Matthew Epps, and Aidan Jackel; sisters: Olga Martinez, Yvonne Garcia, and Rossanna Pelayo. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Stella and Raul Hernandez. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be offered Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Jude Catholic Church. Interment will be held Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Irving, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Irving Schools Foundation. Donations should be made payable to the Irving Schools Foundation, P.O.
