Not sure what to say?

To Family and Friends of Ray Mitchell

My mother Lillian Atltizer would often talk about her youth and going to school on Alum Ridge. Frequently she would talk about Ray Mitchell. I believe Mr. Mitchell was at my mother's Funeral the Pleasant Valley Church Cemetery on a snowy January day in 2003.

Through out my life I have heard many wonderful things about Mr Mitchell and the family from my mother, Grandfather Harry Altizer, and Uncle Lindwood Altizer . I was born in...

Bobby and Linda, I was so sorry to hear about Ray. He was a fixture and someone that everyone looked up to and enjoyed being around. I was glad to hear that he was able to be active doing the things he loved up to almost the very end. And I was glad to hear that all the family was with him, I know that family meant everything to him. What a loss for everyone but what a gain for heaven. I know he is glad to be in the presence of Jesus and that he is reunited with his Mary and Parents again....

To, Bobby and family, I was sadden to hear about Ray's passing he was a very good and nice man one of the best I ever knew , I was very happy to pick strawberries for him and Mary when they wanted them. I know Heaven is now even a better place now because he is now there. He was a good man and will be missed by all who was lucky enough to know him.
