Not sure what to say?

It was my pleasure to get to know Bishop Van Leuven as the High Council representative to his Ward. What a kind, considerate, special man. A salt of the earth kind of a man, & without guile. The world certainly needs more men like him, & we'll all miss him. My warmest regards, sympathy, & love Dorothy. Sorry I wasn't able to be at the services. Gary Pearson

To Dorothy and all of the Van Leuven's,

Words seem so trivial but I will try. Ray was such an amaizing man. Ray and Dorothy are 2 of the most loving and wonderful people I have ever known. I have always felt welcomed and loved whenever I saw them. I love you all and thank you for your open arms and making me feel welcome. Tina W.

It was always fun to go to uncle Ray's and aunt Dorothy's as a kid. There was alway a lot going on and a lot of fun to be had. And there were always the home movies. Great memories, great family. I will miss you. God bless your loved ones

We'll miss you, Grandpa. Thanks for many great years of your wonderful example of devotion and service. Say hi to Socks for us! - Jared, Jamie and Abbey

I'll miss you, Grandpa Van. I'll think of you every time I take a shallow dive into a public pool, every time I hike in the woods, every time I see the golf channel, and every time I see a grandpa watching a local baseball game from the sidelines as you did mine. Thank you for everything. I love you.

I was one of the members of staff to work with Ray, he was such a sweet and wonderful person. Rest in Peace Ray, the world has lost a wonderful person.
