Not sure what to say?

Raymond was always an inspiration to me when I went to McGrew back in the 60s. He will be missed.

I grew up in McGrew and Ray was a good friend of my dad Jim Franklin.
Ray was the kind of person no matter what you needed help with he was there. Ray would see you passing by and he'd wave. One day when I got off work inside my car was a small package from Ray. Just something to let you know he was your friend and cared.
Ray you will be missed dearly but I know you'll be still watching over all your friends.

Raymond was always a good neighbor to me, i would like to think i was the same. i never saw him as handicapped, he was more able bodied than alot of us. he was very talented and had a tool for everything, always willing to help. i'm thankful for him watching my place, watering my trees, etc. when i was away. too funny when he turned away and picked all the zucchini out of one of my dishes and fed to the cats! i will miss you Ray...

HERBERT, MY GREATEST SYMPATHY TO OU AND FAMILY, KEEP IN TOUCH AD KEEP THE LORD AND BROTHER IN YOUR HEART. CECILIA IN OMAHA

We send our condolences to all Ray's family and friends. We only met Ray throught my brother Jerry, they were good friends some time ago. Anyway I have one Great memory of Ray when he met us in Sturgis in the early 70's, him in his chair and us on motorcycles. We all had a few too many and Ray wanted us to hook his chair to the back of a bike, we did, he rode. I have told this story to lots of people up here over the years and always remembered Ray for the smile he had on his face that day....

Raymond was a frequent visitor, a good friend, and helped us a lot on the Franklin Farm south of McGrew. We really appreciated him.
