My condolences to Mr.Shaw's family. He was/is one my favorite teachers. I will remember him fondly the rest of my life. John Rhea (Formerly of Brownsboro, TX)

Mr. Shaw was an amazing man and superb teacher and mentor. He was my band director at Brownsboro High School. He was the first person in my life to discuss and enjoy art. It never left me. I am now majoring in art history and passionately love art and culture. I attribute this all to him and the spark of light he brought into my little world. Ray was so talented that it is impossible to describe him in a short note, he was a true gift to all who knew him. The world lost a magnificent man.
