I met Gen. Ingram many years ago when he was a client of mine at Gaylord's lamp store. He would tell me stories of his military career and I could listen for hours. He spoke of things that were historical gold. When he would prepare to leave, I would ask him to sing for me, He always sang "the white cliffs of dover" such a beautiful song and such a beautiful man. I have no doubt that he will be missed by loved ones but also by those who knew him. My condolences to all...
