Not sure what to say?

Coach Prawitt was my first wrestling coach also. He coached at Kearns High School for three of my four years there. When he left Kearns to coach at Cottonwood, our new wrestling coach was Glen Kawa. What I didn"t know was that coach Kawa went to West High School with Coach Prawitt. So, I was blessed to have two of the best coaches in Utah. After being involved with wrestling in Utah most of my life I came to find out that the University of Utah had one of the toughest teams in...

Wife and I

I'm so sorry of Reiner's passing. I went to Horace Mann Jr. High and West High with him. I last saw him at our 50th reunion. Aug. 2011. He looked great. And his wife also. I was stunned upon hearing of his passing. My Condolences to entire Prawitt family. Love from Richard Avila and family.

Reiner and I met in 1958 at West High and remained dear friends for over 60 years. In 1963, with friend Max, we traveled throughout Europe
while living in a VW bus for five months. When my mother died in 2009
Bishop Reiner conducted her beautiful funeral service and dear Judy performed prelude and postlude music. So many vivid and poignant
memories through the years. My deepest condolences to the Prawitt family. RIP old friend. With love, Bill Boosinger

Coach Prawitt was my first wrestling coach at Kearns High in 1968. He would haul me around to wrestling tournaments where he and I would both compete. Precious memories. He taught me to work hard and dream big. He was always positive and fair and championed the cause of being a good person was superior to being a good wrestler. His encouraging letters to me during my mission were powerful and inspiring...just like his life. He is one of my HEROES. I love this man.

I was so sad to hear of Reiner's passing. We always loved the rare family reunions, because you were all so much fun.
I have 2 memories of Reiner when I was a teenager. We all came to your house to swim, eat and reconnect. I was 19 and my boyfriend had just received his mission call to Germany. He knew nothing about Germany so he started to ask Reiner questions about it. He asked if there was running water and flush toilets. Reiner answered seriously saying, no there aren't and they...

Reiner was a go to when I needed a smile. He was great at lifting my mood and as his smile was contagious I could pass it on to others. Hope Heaven is ready for you brother. My love and condolences to the entire Prawitt clan.
